Hydrostatic linear and round bearings
Hydrostatic guideways are used for linear and round move in machines. The slide suspend about 0,02mm on the red pockets. By control of the pressure and flow to the pockets by the patented PM-flow controller, high loads can be beared and high stiffness can be reached. The friction is so low, that a 60 tons heavy slide can be moved by hand. At slowly move, the friction is almost zero, which allow very slow moves and very small moves. The extreme good damping makes it possible to produce faster and more precise with less tool wear than with every other system.
Hydrostatic leadscrew with bearing
The hydrostatic leadscrew are used for wear free transfer of rotating move in linear move. The nut, suspending on hydrostatic pockets is free of backlash, prestressed and has even with high stiffness very low friction. So very slowly and very small moves are possible. Even at max. load and max. speed or acceleration in work all time, even with oscillating move, the stiffness and precision is not reduced. Adapted to every hydrostatic leadscrew, hydrostatic bearings are available.
Hydrostatic spindles
Hydrostatic spindles are used for holding the workpiece or the tool in lathes, milling machines or grinding machines. Cause the spindle suspend on hydrostatic pockets, the spindle is wear free and has a multiple higher damping as at use of ball bearing. Also the axial and radial runout and the better damping is multiple better than of spindles with ball bearings. The circulation of hydrostatic oil cools and cleans the bearing all the time. So the spindle keeps cool - thermal errors are avoided. For the spindles adapted hydraulic power units with cooling system are available.
