For 50 years, Hennig has designed and manufactured all kinds of telescopic steel covers for the protection of slideways. During this period, more than a million telescopic steel covers have been produced to meet the requirements of a variety of machine tool designs.

HENNIG chip conveyors are available in various designs and performance configurations. Depending upon the number of conveyors used, the type and volume of chips being conveyed, and the work area layout, we tailor the chip conveyor to the customer's requirements. By streamlining the chip conveyor design, HENNIG has also simplified the maintenance process. Customers can spend more time involved in production and be less concerned about malfunctioning equipment.

Flexible apron covers made of steel, brass and anodized aluminium profiles protect slideways and exposed machine parts. The Hennig range of products consists of three groups: Series 53 (lamella aprons) - SEAL LINK(hinged aprons) - Series AGS mini - AGS I - AGS II (link-type covers)

Hennig Roll-up covers are used for different applications. They are especially useful to protect machine components in tight spaces. Hennig Roll-up covers can be shipped with a variety of materials to be used for different applications. Length and width are made to suit the customer’s requirements.

FLEX PROTECT aluminium lamella systems protect machining centres against oil, coolants, swarf and dust. These systems are manufactured in Germany, the
U.S.A., Brazil, India and Japan which ensures coordinated design and manufacturing methods, quick spare parts supplies and repair services near to the
customers’ premises.
